So, you want to kill aliens, and kill them quickly? The secret to swift xeno-murder lies in both the composition of your units and the gear they bring with them, so you may find that what works for someone won't work for you, especially if you have different equipment.
What are you using to combat the alien menace? Here's my (insanely long) breakdown of the various skills and equipment loadouts I went with: I'd still ask that you spoiler tag any alien name (especially the late game ones), but I'll be mentioning the type (organic, robotic) freely, as that doesn't give much away and still allows us to have a meaningful conversation.
